MEET OUR FOUNDER
From an early age Alix developed her interest in business and sales. At 8-years old, she convinced her mother to let her sell sodas at her sporting goods shop. As time passed, she continued to add merchandise, expanding, and distributing all kinds of products to other stores in her hometown in Venezuela. Alix’s love of entrepreneurship led her to a graduate with a degree in business.
In 2013, Alix Garcia founded the event production company Indigo Publicity. She has since been helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and established companies in developing their brands by introducing new products into the market. Alix is charismatic, highly motivated, and extremely organized, making working with her a breeze.
With Indigo Publicity, Alix has successfully worked with worldwide recognized brands, such as Shell, Ponche Crema Eleodoro Gonzalez, Regional Beer, Pasteurizadora Paisa, Ron Estelar, Digitel, Sprint, and Jagermeister. She always aspires to use her ideas and energy to help others achieve their business goals.
In 2016, she decided to leave Venezuela and moved to New York City. Upon arrival she worked in restaurants, and as a nanny, before deciding to take a risk and become an entrepreneur in the U.S.
In 2018 she founded Indigo, a full-service event, and staffing company. Ever since Alix has been part of planning and organizing a variety of corporate events by providing staffing solutions and has helped create numerous unforgettable experiences.
